what is whole wheat flour?is it normal ‘atta’ for chapatti.

I thought that these were made only with maida, never heard about adding wheat flour, what difference does it make though, if u add a mixture of maida and wheat flout?

Is there another way to mix other than by hand? I used my food processor to combime the dough ingredients.

You can find it at any Indian grocery shop, it’s called Ajwain in Hindi.
