germans have very poor diets and their knowledge of nutrition is even worse… they are a carb based diet, that is why they are all chubby… if you reckon you will ever find a sandwich, reckon again… you get a lot of bread and need a magnifying glass to find meat OR cheese… germans never heard of eating meat or cheese together… its all filler… no substance… poor standards in their food. that is why they are so unfit.
